The Namibia Annual Music Awards celebrate the very best of Namibian music.
For more than two decades the NAMAs have recognised the artists, producers and industry professionals who shape the country's music scene. In 2026 the awards return under government leadership, backed by the Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sport, Arts and Culture (MEIYSAC), with the National Theatre of Namibia(NTN) and Namibian Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) as implementation partner.
The 11th edition recognises achievement in Namibian music since 2020 and marks the start of a new, year-round platform for artist development, not just a single night of awards.
